Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

Orders received before 10am, Monday - Friday will be dispatched the following business day. Orders received on a Saturday or Sunday or Public Holiday will be dispatched the next business day.

Standard delivery - Parcels sent within Europe will be sent by Parcel Post or DHL with tracking at no charge with delivery in 2 or more business days after dispatch.
Express delivery - Express Post may be selected for 15€, and will be sent within Europe for next business day delivery (if order is received by 10am on a business day).
International delivery - International shipping (outside of Europe) has a flat fee of 50€.

RETURNS

Returns, refunds & exchanges are accepted within 30 days of you receiving your order. Please contact our support team hola@carlottaandgee.com and include your order number. We will reply to you within 24h hours.
